SIBO testing
Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth is a leading cause of diarrhoea, nausea, bloating, gas and abdominal cramps. Hydrogen and methane breath testing is a widely accepted means of identifying changes to the gut microbiome and is used to detect abnormal growth of bacteria in the small intestine, or small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO)

Heavy Metal Testing
Exposure to heavy metals like lead, mercury, arsenic, and cadmium can have serious health implications, contributing to fatigue, headaches, digestive issues, and even chronic diseases. Heavy metal testing involves analysing blood, urine, or hair samples to measure toxic metal levels in the body. These tests can help identify and address exposure sources, enabling tailored detoxification plans to restore health and reduce the risk of long-term complications.

Our Approach

Discovery Call
Purpose: A brief introduction where we discuss your concerns and assess if we can help.
Process: We’ll give an honest answer on whether our approach aligns with your needs.
Next Step: If it’s a fit, we’ll send you a few intake forms to gather essential information.

Initial Consultation (1 hour)
Following this we will have our first 1 hour initial remote consultation, where we will take a detailed history from you, where we will start from the very beginning, which is even before you were born, right to the current date.
We are unique as we want to discuss each case together, as we believe a collaborative approach will provide you with the personalised approach that each patient needs and deserves. We will also brainstorm on different allied professionals that could be of benefit to you such as nutritionist's, life coach’s or exercise coach’s. Very importantly, we will fully explore what initial investigations we think you need, if any. We will not repeat investigations that have been done before if we do not think they need repeating.

Long-Term Follow-up (4-12 weeks, as needed)
Frequency: We’ll decide on the follow-up schedule based on your progress and needs.
Packages are available if ongoing support is desired; please contact us for details.
